Leo has the highest standards in real estate. Some say he is old fashioned. Even in this day and age of technology, he would rather talk to you on the phone or in person. This is just one of the reasons why he wishes to have your contact information.

Knowing how to reach you is the best way he knows, to get the information out to you. If at any time you wish to discontinue receiving information from Leo...Just call, fax, email or drop by the office. If he has all of your contact information, but under a different name, please let him know.

Keep in mind, unlike many real estate agents who only share their own listings...LEO shares all available listings, even those that have been listed by other agents. Leo is also able to obtain all information about all listings, show all listings and is quite happy to get all the information to you that you may need to find the best home, cottage or lot you've been looking for.

 

Here are a few of the options we have for getting ALL the information to you:

	Daily Search - Each morning we look over all the listings that have come about in the last 24 hours.  If a listing matches your search criteria, it is sent to you via email or fax.
	New MLS By Mail - Every two weeks the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Book comes out.  This book contains all the listings available through the Parry Sound Real Estate Board.  Therefore every two weeks we send you the new listings via Canada Post.
	New MLS By Email - Same as the above, except the listings are sent to you via email.

 The information we need from you, for the most promising search is this:

Address, Telephone number, email address, fax any way we may be able to contact you.

What you are looking for, here are a few examples: houses, cottage, in town, acreage, hunt camp, Georgian Bay or building lot. 

What your price range is.  I don't have to know your account balance, just give me a general idea of the price range you are looking for.
